This accordion was made by Thierry Bénétoux, a renowned tuner and accordion-maker since 1978. This prototype was named “L’Amoriental” because it has the particularity of delivering middle eastern sounds.
Each of the pieces composing the accordion were covered in red Basane leather.
It was necessary to make gilding tools to stamp the name Thierry B. on the accordion as well as his name in arab calligraphy through hot foil stamping.
A gilding with a gilding roller forming an arabesque finalizes the decoration of the accordion.
